Dubai-based Eat App, which operates in 92 countries, has officially acquired ReserveGo, India’s largest B2B table reservation platform. ReserveGo serves over 1,500 restaurant brands and seats 6 million diners each month. The acquisition brings ReserveGo’s technology and team into Eat App’s global platform, strengthening its focus on restaurant-first innovation.
A shared philosophy: data sovereignty
At the core of this acquisition is a fundamental belief: restaurants should own and control their guest data. Both Eat App and ReserveGo have built their platforms to enable restaurants to manage reservations and enrich guest profiles without surrendering control to third parties. By joining forces, we are strengthening the industry’s ability to modernize its technology stack while maintaining absolute data sovereignty.
ReserveGo was founded by Vijayan Parthasarathy, who brings over a decade of experience in the restaurant reservation and guest management domain. He previously co-founded InResto, a restaurant technology platform that was later acquired by Dineout, which subsequently became part of Swiggy.

“Joining forces with Eat App marks an exciting new chapter for ReserveGo. Our shared vision for transforming the hospitality industry through innovation and intelligent technology makes this a natural fit. We’re excited to combine our strengths and accelerate global growth together,” says Vijayan Parthasarathy, Founder and CEO of ReserveGo.
Strategic neutrality and marketplace integration
A key objective of the combined platform is to provide a balanced approach to the restaurant ecosystem. While we continue to integrate seamlessly with platforms like Zomato, Swiggy, Eazydiner, and Magicpin, our positioning remains clear:
-
- Channel-Only Integrations: These platforms serve as vital discovery channels, but the guest relationship belongs to the restaurant.
-
- Unified Guest Profiles: All data captured through multiple channels flows directly into the restaurant’s own system, contributing to an enriched profile controlled entirely by the operator.
-
- Direct Channel Growth: We empower restaurants to acquire customers through their own branded channels and own their CRM end-to-end.
What this means for the platform
Under the combined entity, restaurants will continue to leverage a robust suite of tools designed to streamline operations and increase revenue:
-
- Total CRM Control: Own and manage guest profiles across every touchpoint.
-
- Centralized Bookings: Consolidate reservations from multiple channels into one interface.
“ReserveGo’s technology and talented team align perfectly with our mission to create the most advanced and scalable restaurant platform globally. Together, we’re setting a new standard for data-driven, guest-centric restaurant management,” says Nezar Kadhem, Co-founder and CEO of Eat App
Looking forward
For ReserveGo customers, there will be no operational changes; service and support continue as usual. This partnership simply provides a deeper R&D pipeline and access to Eat App’s global infrastructure. As we move forward, our focus remains on delivering AI-powered tools that help hospitality operators increase revenue and elevate the guest experience without compromising on data privacy or independence.
